Launch Point Global Tour
32 sim facilities want in. Here’s the plan.
What it is
Two-man teams. 18 holes. Lowest total score wins.
Three seasons a year, seven weeks each.
SGT and Trackman are two separate tours. They never mix. Separate leaderboards, separate prize money.
When
| Season | Plays | Sign up and pay by |
|---|---|---|
| Fall | Nov 2 – Dec 20 | Oct 19 |
| Winter | Jan 4 – Feb 21 | Dec 14 |
| Spring | Mar 1 – Apr 18 | Feb 15 |
Sign-ups close on that date. Anyone after that goes in the next season.
How you play
- Two players, one team, scramble
- One course a week, same for everybody
- Play your round any time Monday through Sunday
- One scored round per week. On SGT, pick the tournament round before you tee off and it posts by itself. On Trackman, your club runs it.
- Practice all you want. Only the scored round counts.
- No handicaps. Gross scoring, best raw score wins.
- Sim settings are locked and the same at every club on your platform.
- All rounds played in person at your facility.
Course list comes out two weeks before each season.
How the season is scored
Add up your team’s scores. Lowest total for the season wins.
Your worst week drops. Best 6 of your 7 weeks count.
Miss a week entirely and that’s your drop.
Tie at the end? The teams split the money for those places evenly.
Signing up
Players sign up and pay through the link. Then set up your login.
Have a partner? Enter their phone number when you sign up and you’re paired.
Don’t have one? Sign up anyway. Your club can pair you with somebody later.
You’re on the tour as soon as you sign up. Your team locks in once both players have set up their logins.
What it costs
$60 per player, per season. A team pays $120.
On Trackman, all $60 goes to the prize pool. On SGT, $10 covers software and $50 goes to the pool.
Your club decides what to charge you for sim time. That’s between you and them.
The prize money
All cash. Players fund the pot, so more players means a bigger payout.

Places are teams, so a team splits its winnings two ways.
Ties split the money evenly.
If the field is too small to reach a spot, that money is divided evenly among the spots that do exist.
Two pots, one per platform. Your money pays out to your platform’s players only.
Paying spots are set before play starts. Nothing is drawn at random.
Clubs can add money to the pot. Every contribution gets published.
Where the money sits
I take nothing. Zero.
Players pay through the signup link. The money goes into a separate escrow account. Every club sees the ledger.
- Season cancelled before week 1? Everyone gets their money back.
- Club drops out mid-season? Their players finish. The money stays in the pot.
- Player drops out mid-season? No refund.
- Payouts go out after the last week.
