Add and update clubs in bulk
The committed clubs from the facility map are not in the database until they are imported. Contact details are left blank, since the committed list does not carry them.
Paste the form export to fill in phone, location, launch monitor, interest, and notes
Paste the whole export including the header row. Rows are matched to clubs by facility name. Preview first: it reports what it matched, anything it could not, and any fuzzy match, before writing. Blank fields are filled and existing values are kept unless you tick overwrite.
The call, three minutes
“Hey, Josh with Launch Point Global Tour. You signed up on the list. Quick call, two questions.”
- How many bays do you have?
- How many players are you looking to get signed up?
“We’ve got a call Saturday where I’ll lay out how the season runs. Nothing’s locked. You tell me what doesn’t work for your club and I’ll adjust before we launch. Can you make it? I’ll send the link.”
Anything they ask, answer it. Otherwise get off the phone. Then send the agreement for signature and mark it below.

Trackman rounds, keyed in here. There is no Trackman integration: clubs have no login on this site, so scores arrive however the club sends them. Trackman and GSPro are scored as separate competitions and never averaged together.
To par is what the standings average, because courses differ. Without it a round still counts, but only towards the gross figures.

League entries: SOLO XII $120, AMIGO III $150 per player ($300 per team), BIG DOG III Gross Only $250 / Net Only $250 / Gross PLUS Net $350. Awaiting payment means they have signed up and nobody has taken their money yet; only paid enters them. Total is what they were quoted; $0 is a 100% promo code, or (7–8 Oct only) an AMIGO III partner covered by the old $300 team entry. Duplicate is a second payment for a league they had already entered: a refund is owed.

Two competitions, reported apart. SGT ranks on points, where more is better; Trackman ranks on average score to par, where less is better. The two numbers are not comparable, so they are never combined, a club running both appears once in each.

Every one of these is off, and stays off until switched on here. Nothing is scheduled and nothing sends while a switch is off: the send itself checks, so an email cannot go out because somebody forgot the guard. Turning one on is logged.
Write to everybody
Nothing here is scheduled or automatic. It goes when you send it, one message per person — never a shared To line, because every address on the list belongs to somebody who did not agree to be shown to the others.
Added to whoever the filters above pick out, and never sent twice to the same address. Choose “Only the addresses I type” to send to these and nobody else.
What is actually configured on this deployment, and what each provider says when it fails. Sending a test email delivers a real message to the admin address.
SGT IDs. Reads the club's own member list and fills in each player's SGT ID (the 17-digit one from Connect to GSPro). Run the dry run first and read the conflicts; nothing is written until you press APPLY.

Everybody who can still be given a partner, by tour. Pick two, then confirm — both are emailed to say they have been paired, because a player who is assigned a partner has to be told rather than discover it. Nothing on this page pairs anybody on its own.

DELETE A PLAYER
Removes every entry, team, login, waitlist row, league membership and code held under one email. Their SGT account cannot be deleted; signed documents are kept.
