This is a small tour run by a small number of people. What follows is the whole of what we collect and what we do with it, written plainly rather than at length.

WHAT WE COLLECT

YOUR PHONE NUMBER IS HOW YOU SIGN IN

This changed in August 2026 and is worth stating on its own. Your mobile number is no longer only a way to reach you — it is authentication data. We text you a six-digit code and that code is what signs you in. There is no password on a player account any more.

That means three things. Your number identifies your account, so it can only belong to one account. We store it, and a record of when you verified it and agreed to be texted. And if you lose the number, you get back in through a link emailed to you — which is why we keep your email address as well.

We never store the codes themselves. Only a one-way hash is kept, so a copy of our database does not let anybody sign in as you. Codes expire in minutes and work once.

TEXT MESSAGES

We send automated text messages for two reasons only: verifying your number when you sign up, and sending you a code when you sign in. We do not send marketing texts. How often you hear from us depends on how often you sign in. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. If you opt out we will stop texting you, and because a code is how you sign in, you will need to text START to turn messages back on before you can sign in again. We will tell you that rather than leaving you at a login that silently does not work.

WHO ELSE SEES IT

We do not sell anything to anybody. We do advertise the tour on Facebook and Instagram — that is why Meta is on the list above. We have not given them your name, your number or your email address in order to do it.

WHAT IS PUBLIC

Standings are public: your name, your club and your scores. That is the point of a tour. Your phone number, your email address and your payment records are not public and never appear on a leaderboard.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Results and payment records are kept for as long as the tour runs, because a season has to be able to be recounted. Login codes are deleted as soon as they are used or expire. Records of sign-in attempts are swept within days.

ASKING US TO CHANGE OR DELETE IT

Call 763-447-7617 or email us and we will do it. If you want your account removed we will remove it; results already published in a completed season stay, because they are somebody else's record of who they played against too.
